On the Green

This custom dream home built by our friends at KFA Homes was a bare construction site when we arrived for our first site visit. We listened carefully as our clients shared their vision and hopes for the landscape surrounding their stunning new home. The owners were keen to enjoy their time in the space whilst not wanting to be overly burdened by maintenance, hence the decision for artificial lawns and metal fencing. Natural stone boulders and woolly thyme created a striking yet organic approach to the house, meanwhile requiring little to no irrigation or upkeep. The putting green, pool, and outdoor kitchen area expand our clients’ living space and their enjoyment of the home. Throughout the project, the use of high quality resistant materials and hardy well-situated planting throughout the project accentuate the quality building of the home and ensure the homeowners will enjoy their outdoor space –with minimal maintenance– for many years to come.
