Design Engagement

After your initial consultation, we send you a customized design engagement and request a design deposit.
Design

We put pen to paper to bring your vision to life with our expertise for unity of form and function. If needed, we collaborate with architects, surveyors, engineers, etc. We share our design concept with you and request your feedback to make any necessary revisions. Once your design is confirmed, we move on to estimating your design.
Estimate

We create a detailed project installation budget to review with you. Where needed, we revise both project design and installation estimate(s) in line with your budget and/or divide the project into phases.
Sign & Deposit

Once your project budget is confirmed and the work proposal signed, we request an installation deposit.
