Allan Block, Pisa Stone, Aquapave
Difficult terrains often need the addition of retaining walls and stairs. Allan block and Pisa Stone are two materials that offer the ultimate in flexibility allowing us to create graceful sweeping curves and unique patterns. Block paving or brick paving is often requested because individual bricks or blocks can be lifted out and restored; adding to the longevity of a project. In addition, we often use Aquapave for driveways as its water membrane captures oil before it releases the water back to the earth.

Grading To A Space
Placing large boulders in an outdoor space can create visual cornerstones for a project. Used extensively in Zen gardens, large boulders break up the space adding energy and gradations to the project. Large stone boulders are available in Basalt, water-washed River Rock and rustic Granite, to name just a few.
